My focus is simple: connect marketing, technology, and data in a way that scales. I design the strategy, structure the operation, and lead the teams that make it happen.

Most of my work starts where things are supposedly “already working” — aligning people, processes, and tools to reduce chaos, remove inefficiencies, and turn scattered operations into structured systems.

I’m not the one coding the solution — I’m the one making sure the right solution exists, is built the right way, and actually delivers results.

I care about ideas, but only the ones that survive execution.

And when I’m not working, I’m probably questioning a process, rethinking a system, or noticing something that could be done better (whether I was asked to or not).
